Pour 50/70 ml of liquid into the bag containing the ‘PANTA’. Zip up the bag and shake so that the ‘PANTA’ absorbs all the activator fluid. Put the ‘panta’ on, wrap in the cartene and leave on for 20 minutes. Remove the ‘PANTA’ and massage the skin to ensure the active ingredients are fully absorbed.
